Our Commitment to Transparency
TotalParty (totalparty.com.au) believes in being upfront with our visitors. This page explains how we earn revenue and how it affects (or rather, doesn’t affect) your experience.
Amazon Associates Programme
TotalParty is a participant in the Amazon Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com.au.
What This Means for You
- No extra cost: When you click a product link on TotalParty and make a purchase on Amazon, you pay exactly the same price as if you had visited Amazon directly. There is no markup or additional fee.
- We earn a commission: Amazon pays us a small percentage of qualifying purchases made through our links. This is how we fund the operation of TotalParty.
- Independent curation: Our product selections are based on relevance, ratings, and quality — not on which products pay the highest commission. We curate with your party planning needs in mind.
How Affiliate Links Work
Product links on TotalParty contain a special tracking tag (totalparty-22).
When you click a link:
- You are redirected to the product page on Amazon Australia.
- Amazon recognises that you arrived via our link.
- If you make a purchase within the attribution window, we receive a small commission.
- Your purchase price remains exactly the same.
Product Information
We do our best to keep product information accurate and up to date. However, prices, availability, and product details on Amazon can change at any time. We encourage you to verify current details on Amazon before making a purchase. TotalParty is not responsible for pricing errors or product changes on Amazon’s platform.
